Enable or Disable Graylisting

SmarterMail - Enable/Disable Graylisting

Graylisting is a method to prevent email users against Spam. It is one type of filtering that involves the strategic temporary rejection of a sender based on that sender's IP address and additional routing information.

Process to configure enable or disable graylisting.

Step 1 - Log in to Smarter Mail as the system administrator.

Step 2 - Click the Manage icon then select domain which you want to configure. 

Step 3 - In the Email tab clicke on disable graylisting. 

Step 4 - Click on Save.
