SmarterMail - Troubleshootings
Step by step mail troubleshootings.
Step 1 - Log in to Smarter Mail as the system administrator.
Step 2 - Click on Troubleshooting.
Step 3 - There are some tools available to troubleshoot the issue. Below mentioned the description of every tool.
- Options - In the option manu you can modify settings of the following tabs - Log Files, Process Logging, Protocol Logging, Indexing.
- View Logs - You can see the mail logs.
- Services - Here you can see active and inactive services.
- Mailbox Indexing - Here you can see how many mails are in the queued.
- Mailbox Migration - You can see migrated mails.
