SmarterMail - IP Whitelist
Whitelisting an IP address will mark the IP address or IP range as "trusted", and it will not be subject to any configured abuse detection rules, or relay settings. Be careful when adding an IP address to the whitelist, as it will allow your server to function as a relay for that IP.
Process to adding an IP address.
Step 1 - Log in to Smarter Mail as the system administrator.
Step 2 - Click settings icon button.
Step 3 - Click on Security in the left hand column (The shield icon).
Step 4 - Click on Blacklist then click on new to create a new entry.
Step 5 - Enter the IP Address or the IP Range you wish to block and select the services you wish to block that IP for.
Step 6 - Click Save.
