Plesk - Database
Create Database in Plesk.
Step 1 - Log in to your Plesk control panel.
Step 2 - Go to the “Websites & Domains” tab and choose which domain you’d like to secure.

Step 3 - Click on the Database to create new database.
Step 4 - Fill up the required information (Database name, Database Server and Related site).
Step 5 - To create new user check the box and fill up the new user name and password.
Step 6 - Assign the database access control to the user then press OK.
Now new database and user will be created.
